No. Everything runs in your browser. We never receive names, emails or phone numbers.

Open the .htm file in your browser, select all, copy, then in Gmail go to Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create a new signature and paste.

New Outlook / Outlook on the web: Settings → Account → Signatures, then paste. Classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New, paste. Alternatively copy the .htm into %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures.

Mail → Settings → Signatures → +, then paste the copied signature and untick "Always match my default message font".

Your logo needs a public https link — for example on your company website, or a CDN (hosted public files, e.g. Cloudflare). Email apps fetch the image when the message is opened, so a file that only lives on someone’s computer will not appear for recipients. SigBatch does not accept a local file upload for logos.

Separately, some email apps hide images until the recipient allows them — ask them to show images once, and the logo should appear.

A header row with name,title,email,phone. Extra columns are ignored. Values containing commas should be in double quotes. Download a filled-in sample spreadsheet (.xlsx) or CSV to copy the format.

Your key is shown (and saved in your browser) on the page you return to after payment — copy it somewhere safe. If you lose it, send us a message via our contact form using your purchase email and Stripe receipt number and we will re-issue it.
